Business Support Co-Ordinator
The role of the Business Support co-ordination team is to support all aspects of the customer journey around progress and to outcomes. Through our contracts across the UK customers and clients will receive specialist training and advice from a qualified team of Business Advisor and Consultants. The role of Business Support Co-ordinator will deliver the support service to the customer through the pre and post start stages and then further supporting their journey into sustained businesses. This will be achieved by: –
- Acting as a professional point of contact with clients, funders, partners and all our internal and external stakeholders.
- Focusing on providing excellent customer service to our customers and clients
- Providing a seamless point of contact team for those starting up in self-employment and throughout their journey and into sustaining in self-employment.
You will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be good on the telephone and have the ability to motivate clients and maintain client engagement.
The key benefits of this role include a salary of between £22,000 and £26,000 per annum, with 25 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays). Each year of service will accrue an additional day’s holiday up to a maximum of 30 days. There will be provision of a laptop and mobile phone to allow for agile mobile working. A pension scheme is also available, contributed to by Momentic.
